                      How to use
- Uncover the Vicks Vaporub jar, put it aside.
 - Wash your hands before application.
 - Apply a layer of Vaporub on your chest and throat for relief from cough.
 - Rub a layer of Vaporub on muscles and joints to relieve minor aches and pains.
 - Do not ingest or apply into nostrils, eyes or open wounds. Use externally only.
 - Should be used on children above 2 years old, and adult supervision is required for children younger than 12.
 - Usage up to 3-4 times daily is safe, but any sign of irritation requires you to stop using it immediately.
 - Cover the jar properly after use.
 - Wash your hands after each application to avoid accidental ingestion or eye contact.
