Terms of Sale – AnfieldPharmacy.com

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from www.anfieldpharmacy.co.uk and supplement our general Website Terms of Use.

We may update these terms at any time. The version displayed on the website at the time of your order will apply.


1. Legally Binding Agreement

By placing an order, you accept these terms as a binding contract. We recommend printing a copy for your records.

4. Professional Standards

Anfield Pharmacy Online is operated by qualified pharmacists. All adhere to professional standards, available via the GPhC website.


5. Registration and Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ to order.

  • Orders and deliveries are limited to the UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man.


6. Order Process

  • You’re responsible for ensuring order accuracy.

  • Orders are only accepted upon email confirmation or dispatch.

  • We may restrict quantities based on legal limits.

  • We may reject orders for age, stock, pricing, or residency issues.


7. Product Information

We aim for accurate descriptions and imagery. Variations may occur due to browser settings.
Errors can be corrected without liability. Follow all advice at your own discretion.


8. Pricing

  • All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • VAT changes may affect your final charge unless you’ve already paid.


9. Promotional Codes

  • Cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Not valid on codeine products, COVID kits, infant formula, and certain brands.

  • Discounted or clearance items excluded.

  • Delivery promotions will be voided if a code is applied.

  • Multiple redemptions may be restricted.

  • Threshold codes may be invalidated by cancellations.


10. Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: £3.49, 3–4 working days, signature required (18+).

  • Do not use pharmacy addresses or ParcelShops.

  • Failed deliveries of pharmacy medicines are not refunded.

  • Bulk orders (10+ units of a single item) may void free delivery.


11. Payment

  • Taken at checkout.

  • Payment authorisation confirms you own the payment method.

  • Refunds issued via original method only.


12. Secure Customer Authentication (SCA)

Some purchases will require a one-time passcode sent by your card provider. Make sure your contact details are up to date.


13. Product Availability

If an item is unavailable, we may offer a substitute. Product specs may be changed to comply with laws or standards.


14. Cancellation Rights

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, except:

  • Prescription medicines or services involving Clinical Assessments.

  • Unsealed items (for hygiene/health reasons).

Notify us using the online form or by post.

You must return the product (and any free gifts) within 14 days at your cost. Use tracked delivery for proof.

We only refund standard delivery charges. Express or timed services aren’t refunded.

If a Clinical Assessment was conducted, a 50% admin fee applies.
If the product is not returned in resaleable condition, your refund may be reduced or declined.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of return.


15. Faulty Items

  • You can return faulty goods within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Some items may be replaced or repaired first.

  • Refunds issued to original payment method.

  • We refund standard postage for returns of faulty goods.

  • Used items (e.g. opened hygiene products) cannot be returned unless faulty.


16. Liability

If You Are a Consumer

We are only liable for direct losses caused by our breach or negligence. We’re not liable for:

  • Losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee

  • Delays outside our control

  • Avoidable losses

  • Business-related losses

If You Are a Business

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profit

  • Indirect or consequential loss

We never exclude liability for:

  • Death or personal injury from our negligence

  • Fraud or misrepresentation

  • Consumer protection rights

  • Sale of Goods or Supply of Services Act breaches


17. Health & Safety

Electrical Products

  • For UK use only

  • Check with the manufacturer before using overseas

Medical Products

  • Not suitable for all health conditions

  • Always consult your GP before use

Fitness Products

  • May not suit all users

  • Get medical advice before starting fitness regimes


18. Social Media Competitions

  • UK residents aged 18+ only

  • Employees and affiliates cannot enter

  • One entry per person

  • No purchase necessary

  • Winners contacted within 72 hours and must respond within 48

  • Proof of sending is not proof of receipt

  • Automated entries are not accepted
