Rennie Deflatine is the Rennie for trapped wind and bloating. Each sugar-free mint tablet combines Rennie's fast-acting antacids (calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate) with simeticone, which breaks down the gas bubbles that cause that tight, bloated feeling after eating. Relief usually starts within minutes.

How to use
- Adults and children over 12: chew or suck 1–2 tablets as needed, ideally an hour after meals and at bedtime.
- Do not take more than 11 tablets in 24 hours.
- Suitable during pregnancy — check with our pharmacist or your midwife first.

- Works on wind as well as acid — choose plain Rennie if bloating is not the problem

What is the difference between Rennie and Rennie Deflatine?Both neutralise stomach acid. Deflatine adds simeticone, an anti-foaming agent that relieves trapped wind and bloating.
